It's possible that the connection between your bank and QuickBooks Online was interrupted causes the transactions to not download properly.
Let's start by manually updating your bank account on the banking page. This will help us locate those missing bank transactions. Here's how:
If the transactions still don't show, we can manually import them using our WebConnect feature and choose the date range for those that are missing. This is to avoid duplicates.
We can then assign and categorize them.
