I figured out what I did wrong. The "Year" I uploaded for each transaction was incorrect. I uploaded each transaction as the year 2020 instead of the year 2019, so when I used the filter under Banking >Review the transactions did not display.
To fix the issue, I selected all the transactions from the Banking Review Tab only for the 1 month that was associated to the 2020 year and used the option to "Exclude" them. Then I went to the "Exclude" tab selected those same transaction again and Deleted them. I was then able to fix the date on my CSV file to 2019 and upload them again to QO.
