I uploaded my QB to turbotax and then did something that erased my info. How do I reupload?

Thanks for posting your question here, wedgekahr.

Before re-exporting your tax information from QuickBooks Self-Employed to TurboTax, ensure that both accounts are connected for it to work correctly. Make sure to review the information before you send them to TurboTax.

Here's how:

  1. Sign in to QuickBooks Self-EmployedTip: Start here. Don't enter any information in TurboTax before you import it.
  2. Click the Tax Checklist
  3. Select Review final tax summary
  4. Once you've reviewed the information, go to Send to TurboTax in the bottom right of the window.
  5. Pick It's OK to send my info to send your information to TurboTax.

For more details with sending your data to TurboTax, you can refer to this article: How do I send my QuickBooks Self-Employed tax information to TurboTax?

If the export fails, I'd recommend reaching out to our QuickBooks Self-Employed. They have the specific tools required to get this working for you.

Also, if you have any TurboTax questions and its processes, you can reach them through this detailed link: TurboTax Support

Feel free to post an update in the comments section or if you have any further questions. I'm always here to help. Have a safe and productive weekend ahead!
