I use to be able to add a bank deposit with the app by clicking Dashboard - Menu - All - Bank Deposit & the green +. But there is no green + button anymore. Help!

I use to be able to add a bank deposit with the app by clicking Dashboard - Menu - All - Bank Deposit & the green +. But there is no green + button anymore. Help!

Let's perform some troubleshooting solutions to get this sorted out, nelsonsspringcre. 

 

There are times when a browser's cache data becomes full of frequent access to web pages or damaged. This causes the odd behavior when creating an invoice in QuickBooks Online (QBO). To better isolate this issue, let's try signing in to QBO using a private or incognito window. This mode doesn't use the existing cache data and helps us confirm browser-related issues. Here's how:

  • For Google Chrome browser: Ctrl + Shift + N
  • For Mozilla Firefox browser: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • For Safari browser: Command + Option + P

 

If it works, go back to your regular browser and clear the cache to delete those temporarily stored files and browsing history. The overtime collection of data can create corruption, however, removing this should fix the issue. You can also use supported, up-to-date browsers to roll out the possibility of a browser-related issue. 

 

If the same thing happens, just create the bank deposit by in the New Plus icon. Here's how: 

  1. Click the + New button on the left menu and select Bank deposit.
  2. Choose the bank account in the Account field.
  3. Enter the deposit date and other necessary details.
  4. Go to the Add funds to this deposit section.
  5. Enter the details for ACCOUNTDESCRIPTIONPAYMENT METHOD, and AMOUNT.
  6. PressSave and close.

  1. Go to the Help icon on the top right. 
  2. Enter your concern in the search field.
  3. Choose Talk to a human.
  4. Click the OK. To get you to the right human, in a few words, tell me what you need help with option and tap I still need a human
  5. Press Contact us.
  6. Tick Continue
  7. Choose Message an agent or Get a callback.
