In QuickBooks Online (QBO), there are two ways on how to delete a customer or vendor.
Here's the option 1:
- Go to the Sales/Expenses menu at the left panel.
- Select the Customers/Vendors tab.
- Pick a customer or vendor.
- On the Customer Details/Vendor Details tab, click Edit.
- Tap the Make inactive button.
- Hit Yes to establish the deletion.
Here's the option 2:
- On the Customers/Vendors tab, put a checkmark on the box beside the customer's/vendors name.
- Click the Batch actions drop-down.
- Choose make inactive.
- Hit Yes to establish the deletion.
