I'm here to help ensure you have accurate records on your reconciled account, accounts-infomat.

Deleting an entry from a reconciled account can cause an incorrect balance on your next reconciliation.

To fix this, you need to re-enter the transaction and manually tag it as reconciled. You can use the Audit log feature in QuickBooks Online (QBO) to find the deleted transaction. And, use the information when you record it.

Let me show you how to accomplish reconcile the entry:

  1. Go to Accounting from the left menu, then Chart of Accounts.
  2. Choose the bank account that you're having discrepancy, then select View register.
  3. Locate the transaction.
  4. In the reconcile status column (indicated by a checkmark), repeatedly select the top line of the transaction to change the status of the transaction.
    • - Cleared from the bank
    • - Reconciled
    • Blank - Not cleared or reconciled

You can follow this reference for more information: Fix beginning balance issues if you've reconciled the account in the past.

If you'd encounter an error during your reconciliation, here's how to fix issues when you're reconciling accounts in QBO.

Let me know if there's anything else I can help you with the bank reconciliation. I'm always glad to help in any way I can.
