I've entered a customer in QB and used SpringConnect to sync to SpringAhead. The sync runs without error but why does the customer not come over to SpringAhead?

Hey there, @Will-in-Napa. Happy to help out here.

It sounds like SpringConnect's connection isn't working properly. Since this is a third-party application that integrates with QuickBooks, I recommend reaching out to their Support Team to see what may be causing the issue. If you're not sure how to get in touch with them, you can lookup the integration on our Apps Marketplace and find their contact information there.

Let me know if you have any other questions, we're here for you. Have a good one!

We solved this by modifying an existing project (customer) in QB and syncing that over to create the modification in a previously existing project in SpringAhead which was previously synced successfully.

we solved this by making a modification to an existing Customer in QB and then syncing that to SpringAhead.   Since this Customer in QB and Project in SpringAhead were both previously synced, the modification stuck.
