Let's update your monthly auto payment subscription.
Changing your monthly auto payment to a bank account auto draft isn't available right now. You can check the payment options available in QBO for more details. To make this faded out option available and use a supported card for monthly payment subscription, I recommend using a private browser.
Private browsing mode prevents cookies from making QBO missing functions, such as the option to change the payment method.
Open a supported browser and here's the shortcut key:
Safari: Press Command + Shift + N
Firefox: Press Ctrl + Shift + P
Microsoft Edge: Press Ctrl + Shift + P
Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
If this fixes the issue, clear your browser's cache. Clearing it loads new data and boosts the browser's performance.
Otherwise, use another supported browser.
If the issue continues, I recommend contacting our Phone Support Team. They have the tools to pull up your account and help you update your billing subscription.

- Click Contact Us.
- Give your query and hit Let's talk.
- Choose to Get a callback.
