Yes, it's possible. I'm here to give some information about the process.
When you export and import between QuickBooks files, keep in mind that some data can't be included in the process. You'll have to enter them manually.
If you don't have an existing QuickBooks Desktop file, you can use our trial one.

No, it is not possible. QBO and QBD are 2 different products. You will be converting the data as a whole, not just the changes. Any specific concern?
