I want to import prior year's transactions from another system into QB. What types of files are able to be imported?

You can use our WebConnect feature in importing your old transactions. Here are the required types of files formats:

• Comma-Separated Values (CSV). CSV files may require additional mapping. See Import bank transactions from Excel CSV file to QuickBooks Online for more information
• Quicken (QFX)
• QuickBooks Online (QBO)
• Microsoft Money (OFX)

Note: Quicken Interchange Format (QIF) file is not supported.

We currently have 2022 and 2023 entered and reconciled in QBOL. I need to enter 2021. I plan to do this manually from the printed bank statements since the bank will only down load 1/2 the year.  How will I be able to reconcile?
