I want to undo a month reconciliation - I'm aat the history and the drop down menu only has the option to print. I'm on the acct view and still don't have the undo option

Let me walk you through how you can undo the reconciliation, @FEC20.

There are two options to undo reconciliation in QuickBooks Online. The first option would be to open the register and double click on the R to remove it, one transaction at a time.

To do this, you can follow this guide:

1. Click the Gear icon on the top right, then pick Chart of accounts.
2. Locate the appropriate account for the transaction and select View Register on the Action column.
3. Identify the transaction to edit.
4. In the Status (✔️) column, click it until it becomes Blank.

The second option would be needing help from an accountant who signs in to your QBO account to have him used the accountant tool to undo a month of reconciliation.
