There are lots of reasons why you're having this type of issue. First is that the deposits were not added successfully. What you can do is to check your register if the deposits were entered successfully. Here's how:
Go to Accounting.
Select Chart of Accounts.
Look for the correct Bank Register then click View Register.
Also, the reconciliation date needs to be checked to make sure everything's in place. I'd be glad to show you how:
Check the box with Ending Date if it has the right date entered.
If everything's good and you're still having this problem, what I can suggest is you use another browser or you clear cache/cookies. Here's how to clear cache/cookies:
For Google Chrome:
Click the three dots option in the upper right corner of your browser.
Under Advanced, choose Privacy and Security.
Pick Clear browsing data from the options given.
For Internet Explorer:
Click the Delete button.
Check what to delete from Internet Explorer.
Hit the Delete button.
For Mozilla Firefox:
Hit the Menu button.
Select the Privacy & Security panel.
In the Cookies and Site Data section, pick Clear Data.
Remove the checkmark in front of Cookies and Site Data.
Put a checkmark for CachedWeb and click the Clear button.
