When you connect your bank to QuickBooks Self-Employed, the program can download up to 90 days worth of transactions. Some can download up to 24 months. In addition to that, we don't have any control of what transactions are downloaded. Hence, we cannot restrict the program from downloading other transactions.
Instead, we can exclude the transactions from 2018. This will remove them from the list of transactions that still need to be categorized. Here's how:
- Tap the transaction.
- Toggle it to Exclude on.
After that, you can start categorizing the transactions to the correct accounts.
