Buy nowHi there, Brownshodan,
Are the missing transactions recent, or are they older than 90 days?
Please know that when you link your bank account to QuickBooks, it automatically downloads your recent transactions. Most banks usually let you access up to the last 90 days of transaction history.
If the missing transactions are recent, try doing a manual refresh to prompt QuickBooks to download them.
Here’s how:
If you still don’t see the missing transactions after refreshing, it’s a good idea to check with your bank to see if there have been any alerts or maintenance that might be affecting downloads.
If there are no alerts, you can manually enter recent transactions using your bank statements. For older transactions, you can export them as a CSV file from your bank and import them into QuickBooks. Before doing this, I recommend reviewing your current transactions to spot what’s missing and avoid duplicates.
Feel free to leave a comment below if you need any more help!
What file format can you download from your bank? csv, pdf or else?
