If I haven't reconciled all yer :( How do I go back and fix it?

We can start reconciling your account from January of this year, vince6.

We'll have to make sure that whatever transactions posted on your bank is the same as on your QuickBooks account.

You can secure a copy of your statement by reaching out to your bank institution.

Once everything's matches, you're good to reconcile. I'll show you how:

  1. Click the Gear icon, and then select Reconcile.
  2. Select an account to be reconciled in the Account drop-down.
  3. Enter an Ending balance and Ending date.
  4. Click Start reconciling.

You can also browse these articles that talks about entering an opening balance:

You always have me if you still need assistance in reconciling the account. Stay safe!
