If it says "Downloaded transactions starting 10/25/19" on the Import Transaction Page, why can't I find them? My Transactions Page only has the last 90 days of activity.

If it says "Downloaded transactions starting 10/25/19" on the Import Transaction Page, why can't I find them? My Transactions Page only has the last 90 days of activity.

Let's get this fixed, @jmcgonigle1967.

 

It's possible that the filtered date range on your Transactions page isn't set to view all your downloaded transactions. Let's review the date range and change it. Here's how:

 

  1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Self-Employed (QBSE) account.
  2. Click Transactions from the left menu.
  3. From the Date drop-down, review the filtered date. Then, change it to All.1.PNG
