If the small deposits do not show up in my bank account to verify and attach bank to QuickBooks checking, what should I do?

Let me guide you with the right actions to verify your account successfully in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

You'll see two small deposits to your bank account within 2-3 banking days after you've completed the activation process. If the small deposits aren't posted for the specified time frame, I'd recommend contacting our QuickBooks Payments Team to verify and check the status of the deposit. They can also provide additional assistance so you'll be able to see the transaction.

Once done, go back to your QBO account to verify the transactions. Just follow the steps below:

  1. Click on Banking, then QuickBooks Checking.
  2. Select Verify bank. Some banks don't require verification. Instead, you can just select Add to connect your bank.
  3. Enter the two deposit amounts sent from QuickBooks. The order doesn't matter.
  4. Press Confirm.
