There are various possible reasons why the transactions are gone in your account, but rest assured, you got me here to get this sorted.
To start, let's make sure you log in to the correct product and with the correct credentials. Go to this webpage: https://c13.qbo.intuit.com/ (QBO).
After that, go to the Reviewed tab to check the categorized transactions. This page shows what you’ve matched or added in QuickBooks. Here's how:
If the transactions still missing, you can use the Audit Log in finding transaction histories. Make sure to enter the correct date in the From field before clicking Apply.
