Im reconciling a bank account and see the deposits...but the amounts are cutoff? I can't see the amounts of the deposit

Im reconciling a bank account and see the deposits...but the amounts are cutoff? I can't see the amounts of the deposit

Let's fix the screen display issue so you'll be able to see the deposit amounts, wendy70.

 

You can verify your browser's zoom settings to get this issue sorted out. If the page is bigger than the browser window, you can press the Ctrl key on your keyboard and the minus (-) key repeatedly to zoom out and make the page smaller.  Ctrl and the plus (+) key will zoom in and make the page larger. 

 

In addition, your computer display settings will vary on the operating system that you're using. However, if the deposit amount is still cut-off, try logging into your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account in a private window (incognito). Here's how:

 

  • Press Ctrl Shift (Google Chrome).
  • Ctrl Shift (Firefox).
  • Control Option (Safari).

 

Once done, check if the deposit is showing the correct amount. If so, ensure to clear your cookies and cache on a regular basis to ensure QuickBooks Online works optimally. 

 

Every so often the cache becomes overwhelmed with older data which can potentially cause display performance issues. Clearing it will refresh the system, and you'll be able to work with a clean slate.

 

However, if the issue persists, try using other supported browsers. I have added these help articles in case you have any questions about QuickBooks Online.
