Buy nowAfter I download transactions from the bank and save them, I try to import them and they don't show up. Actually, the checking account doesn't show up in Bank Feeds anymore, but the other accounts do--the ones I also download that import just fine, such as AMEX and the other bank.

Data issues in your company file might be the reason behind this. You can use the Verify and Rebuild Data tools to determine and fix the issues.

Was the Bank Account in QBs ever set up to do a Bank Feed? If so, you need to go into the Chart of Accounts and Edit that Bank Account and Disable the Bank Feed. You may need to close QBs and reopen before trying the import again.
