importing credit card transactions from 3rd party expense reporting software

We are evaluating a 3rd party expense reporting software platform to use for employee expense reporting. The 3rd party software exports an xls file with all of the transaction details and we need to be able to import the transactions into our QB file. I need guidance on how best to import the transactions (via xls or convert to iif). We use QuickBooks Enterprise Accountant 2018.

Do this by converting the Excel Worksheet to an IIF file for import.  Use our BRC IIF Transaction Creator Pro  for this.
