Our banking team hasn't received any current reports about issues with importing credit card transactions under Citizens Bank. So, let's try running a manual update to restore the bank connection.
Here's how:
- On the left navigation menu, click on Banking.
- Go to Bank Feeds.
- Click on Update in the upper right. QuickBooks begins updating your account.
