Importing Credit Card Transactions

I currently have two issues while trying to upload older transactions on a credit card that I have recently connected. I convert the pdf statements to qbo format using moneythumb's pdf2qbo converter and once I've selected the account the statement is to be uploaded to I get a warning that says: Uploading this file may cause duplicate transactions to appear at some time in these account(s): Home Depot 0968 If you continue, the account(s) will be set to No Automation. Are you sure you want to continue?

I'm not sure what this means or if it has anything to do with my next issue. So I click Next and then Let's Go, but my "For Review" list isn't updated with the transactions.

I've already connected and uploaded older statements for a bank account and another credit card without problems so I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong now.

Importing Credit Card Transactions

Hello there @RepsAndSets,

I’m here to share some information about importing your bank transactions to QuickBooks Online.

If transactions are not showing on the For Review tab, a possible reason is the import was not successfully uploaded. Please note that a confirmation should populate telling you it went through successfully. If any error message or prompt occurs while doing the process, I suggest contacting your bank then have them replace the file.

Please note that the maximum file size that QuickBooks can accommodate is 350KB. If the file is too large, you can upload your bank transactions in batch. I've also included the file types you can choose in uploading your bank transactions. These are CSV, QFX, and OFX.

Feel free to read this article about uploading bank transactions: How to Upload More Than 90 Days of Bank Transactions?
