In Online Banking, I do not see some of the transactions that hit our account once I update?

I am updating the account but it is not showing some of the charges in QB

In Online Banking, I do not see some of the transactions that hit our account once I update?

Hi there, @marlene5.

 

I'm happy to help you figure out where those missing transactions are. I have a few questions I need to ask you first. These questions will help me determine the leading cause of the lost transactions.

  • What bank do you use?
  • Have you tried disconnecting and reconnecting the account?
  • Were these recent transactions of yours?

You also want to keep in mind that recent transactions can take 24-48 hours to come into the account, depending on the banking institution. If you're going to disconnect the bank account, you can follow these steps:

 

  1. Navigate to the Transactions tab and choose Banking.
  2. Click the account, and when the box is highlighted blue, select the pencil icon.
  3. Press Edit Account Info.
  4. Check the box at the bottom that says Disconnect this Account on save.
  5. Hit Save and push Yes to confirm.

 

Now your account is disconnected, and you can reconnect it by following the steps listed in this article: Connect bank account to QuickBooks.
