It's possible that the Sign me out if inactive for is set to an hour. Let's check the settings and update it to 3 hours by following these steps:
- Go to the Gear icon located in the upper right-hand corner.
- Under Your Company, select Account and Settings.
- On the left panel, click Advanced.
- Scroll down to Other preferences section and choose 3 hours from the Sign me out if inactive for drop-down menu.
- Select Save and then Done.
