In the self employed qbx app, it did not bring in transactions for February and part of March and the sync to bank account is updated. How can I upload the transactions without having to manually put in?

In the self employed qbx app, it did not bring in transactions for February and part of March and the sync to bank account is updated. How can I upload the transactions without having to manually put in?

I'll help with your banking transactions for February and March, kyndalbeams.

 

Can you also tell us what is the name of the bank that's connected in your account? In the meantime, let me recommend a few steps to check if a browser issue is preventing them from showing up.

 

Use a private/incognito browsing session when updating your bank. Follow these keyboard shortcuts to start an incognito session:

 

  • Ctrl + Shift + n for Google Chrome
  • CTRL + SHIFT + P for Mozilla and Microsoft Edge.
  • Click File, then select New Private Window if you're using Safari

Go back to the Banking section and click the Refresh all button after logging back in. Then, proceed to the Transactions tab and check if you can already see them.

 

If the update is successful, proceed to deleting your browsing history to clear out the cache or data that's causing the issue. Use this article as a guide: Clear cache and cookies to fix issues when using QuickBooks Online.

 

You can also use any of the browsers I've mentioned above as an alternative. All of them are compatible with QBSE.
