Welcome to the Community, @userszinderman.

Let me help you sort the credit card transactions monthly total in QuickBooks Online. Putting the transaction into the Undeposited Funds account holds everything before you record the deposit (it serves as a clearinghouse).

Bank deposits are downloaded in QuickBooks as bulk, you can combine multiple transactions into a single deposit that would help you match entries with the totals in bank feeds.

Here's how:

  1. Select + New.
  2. Select Bank Deposit.
  3. From the Account ▼ dropdown, choose the account you want to put the money into.
  4. Select the checkbox for each transaction you want to combine.
  5. Make sure the total of the selected transactions matches your deposit slip. Use your deposit slip as a reference.
  6. Select Save and close or Save and close.

For the detailed steps, you can reference this article: Record and make bank deposits in QuickBooks Online.

Once the transactions are organized and match to QuickBooks, you can reference this article on how to reconcile them: Reconcile an account in QuickBooks Online.

Let me know if I can be of help. I'm always here to lend you a hand. Stay safe and have a great day!

Thank you for the quick response. Actually all that I had to do was to manually download the account transactions and link it to QB.
