Instead of transactions being in date order starting with today and going back, my '20 transactions are back in between '15 and other years... its all screwed up.

This happened after I stepped away for a few minutes and when I came back register was frozen and then everything was screwed up. How do I get back to today on my first page as its done for years?

Let’s try to perform some troubleshooting steps that can help to isolate this issue, @lmr225.

To start, log into your QuickBooks Online account using a private browser. Your regular browser's cache might have caused this unexpected behavior while using QuickBooks.

You can use these shortcut keys:

· Press Ctrl+ Shift + N keys on your keyboard (Google Chrome).

· Press Ctrl+ Shift + P keys on your keyboard (Firefox).

· Press Control+ Option + P keys on your keyboard (Safari).

If the private browsing session works, you’ll need to clear your browser’s cache to prevent unexpected behavior in the product. Check out this article for the steps: Clear cache and cookies.

Also, switching to a different supported browser will resolve this error message.

You can always post your comment below if you need further assistance with this concern. Have a great day.
