Is it possible to add the additional security question field for my bank Severn Savings Bank https://severnbank.com/? Cannot connect & they say to contact QuickBooks.

As long as your financial institution accepts the connection with QuickBooks, you should be able to connect. For the Error 103 message, you usually encounter it once the sign-in credentials you entered during the process are not being accepted by your bank's website.

When entering login credentials, I suggest typing them manually instead of copy-pasting the information. This way, we'll be able to ensure the problem is not with the access.

If the issue persists, let's try to connect using the URL from your bank's website. However you may have to remove a string of digits to search (see sample screenshot below).

Thank you, I believe you have properly identified the issue. I have requested log in set up from quickbooks for Severn Bank Business URL, as it is a different than that provided in the default Severn Bank log in. Once corrected and I am able to link I will reply to confirm. Thank you for your assistance.

We're unable to determine as to when your bank or the connection for the account type you have will be added to our list since the decision is from Intuit and your bank. 

In the meantime, you can consider uploading your transactions. You can do this regularly; once a week, twice a month, or monthly.
