Recurring transactions can only be set up through templates created on your side. While there isn't an online form that can be filled out from a customer's end to create their transaction, you'll be able to find a copy of our own credit card authorization form in the Merchant Service Center.
Here's how:
1. Use your Gear (⚙) icon, then go to Account and settings.
2. Open the Payments tab and hit Manage details.
3. In your Recurring Payments section, select Create a Recurring Payment.
4. Click the signed authorization link to view and download our form.
Once you have your own copy, you'll want to print it and complete the merchant sections. Next, you'd send it to the customer so they can complete and sign it. Once they get their form back to you, it can be entered as a recurring payment.
