You can exclude your deposits from the banking section so they won't be imported into your register. Let me guide you how.
- Go to Banking, then Banking at the top.
- Mark the box next to the deposit transactions.
- Click the Batch actions drop-down and choose Exclude selected.
Once done, these excluded transactions are listed under Excluded tab for reference or review. Please see this article for details: Exclude expenses from downloaded bank transactions.
