Is there a known issue with importing transactions from BlueVine checking account? I really dont want to input all my transactions manually.

Thanks for checking with us here in the Community, @michaelcrescenzo.

I've taken a look and searched for this using my applications. Currently, there are no related issues reported with importing BlueVine checking transactions.

In this case, I recommend ensuring that the file is saved as in CSV format when uploaded to QuickBooks and the column headers are mapped correctly during the import process.

You can follow these steps in importing transactions:

  1. Go to the Transactions/Banking menu.
  2. Select Banking and then click the arrow beside the Link account button.
  3. Choose Upload from file.
  4. Click the select files link.
  5. Find and select the saved file you want to upload, then Continue.

  6. Set the data format and map the fields based on our CSV column arrangement.
  7. Then hit Continue.
  8. Check the box for the transactions you want to import.
  9. Click Continue and hit Yes.

Once done, you'll now see the transactions waiting to be matched, categorized or added in the bank register from the Banking window.

Furthermore, may I know if you're getting an error message when trying to import transactions? This will set as an alignment that will enable me to share specific solutions.

Feel free to reach out if you have additional details to give or other matters about importing bank transactions. Anytime I'll come to help. Stay safe and have a nice day.

Thanks so much for the response!

Unfortunately, BlueVine only offers statements in PDF format... which is very disappointing.

I've already signed up for QuickBooks checking, and will close the Bluevine account.

In the mean time I'll work on converting the monthly pdf statements to a csv.

Thanks for the help
