Hello, Simon.

Are you an employee who missed the most recent pay cycle?

If that’s the case, you can reach out to your employer to confirm that your direct deposit details, such as the routing number, account number, and account type (checking or savings), are correctly entered in QuickBooks and inform them that you haven't receive your recent paycheck.

Here’s how they can review it:

  1. Navigate to the Payroll section and select Employees.
  2. Locate and select your name (the employee).
  3. Scroll down to the Payment Method section and click Edit.

By that, your employer can check or edit your account information.
