@davidmatyas  Sure.

Go to Reports>Custom Reports>Transaction Detail. You can find the Reports menu at the top of your QB window.

Click the Customize Report button at the top left of the resulting report if it doesn't open the Modify Report window automatically.

Go to the Filters tab. Click on Accounts, then select Multiple Accounts and select the ones you want to see.

Click OK, and select your date range.

Memorize the report if you want to use it later on.

Certainly, David. You have the ability to create a Transaction Detail report, which offers a detailed summary of all the transactions linked to your account. I will offer further guidance on how to generate and tailor reports in QuickBooks Desktop.

You can customize the report by including all relevant accounts and selecting a specific date range to display. I will guide you through the steps to set up and generate the report.

  1. Click Reports on the top menu.
  2. Choose Accountant & Taxes.
  3. Select Transaction Detail by Account.
  4. Tick Customize Report.
  5. Tap Filters.
  6. For the Account, add All accounts from the dropdown.
  7. Hit OK.

I'm sharing this material to guide you in customizing a report in QuickBooks Desktop: Customize reports in QuickBooks Desktop.

Do you know that you can export your report as an Excel workbook? Refer to this article for the detailed steps: Export reports as Excel workbooks in QuickBooks Desktop.

@Ethel_A  RE: You can generate a Transaction Detail report, which provides a comprehensive overview of all transactions associated with your account.

Comprehensive overview? Where do you get these terms?

Also, posting after @FishingForAnswers with the same answer is neither helpful nor polite.
