Thank you for reaching out to the QuickBooks Community, zainab-alyousif. With QuickBooks Online, you can change or edit the currency rate. However, when creating transactions, the program will automatically round the amount to two decimal places. Here's how to edit the currency rate:
- Go to the Gear Icon, under Your Company, select Account and Settings.
- Go to the Advanced tab and locate Currency.
- Next to Multi-currency, click Manage Currencies.
- In the Action column, select Edit currency exchange as pictured below.

- From here, select and add your rate.
- Select Save to make the changes.
