Is there a way to direct the online connection for a given account to a specific url (citicards.com instead of online.citi.com)?

For some reason my card account was moved by Citibank to another website, and the current online access does not work anymore.

Hi there, mdangear.

The only way to update the new bank’s web address is to disconnect and reconnect the account. Note: Once the account is disconnected, all transactions from the For Review page will be removed. Please make sure to accept these transactions into QuickBooks before doing the process.

To disconnect an account, you can follow these steps:

  1. From the Banking page, select the bank account you want to disconnect.
  2. Click the pencil icon next to the bank name.
  3. Choose Edit Account Info.
  4. From the Account pop-up window, check the Disconnect this account on save box.
  5. Click Save and Close.

To reconnect the account, here’s how:

  1. From the Banking page, click the Add account button.
  2. Enter the bank URL in the search box, and select the bank.
  3. Enter your User Id and Password.
  4. Click Connect.

Once connected, QuickBooks downloads up to the last 90 days of transactions. If some transactions are already added, you can exclude and delete them.

Please let me know if you have any other questions about QuickBooks. Thanks.
