Is there a way to import customers info including payment details into quickbooks payments when setting up recurring payments?

We have hundreds of customers that are automatically billed monthly for service.  we switched merchant accts to quickbooks payments and need to set it up for recurring payments.  The payment info for each customer has already been stored in the customer file but its not autopopulating payment info.

The recurring payments feature make it easy to collect payments from your customers. However, we're unable to import customer details into QuickBooks Payments. I'll let our developers know that you'd like to have this kind of option.

 

I'd like to share another way to create recurring payment. We can set it up within QuickBooks Desktop. This option is very convenient to manage your payments transactions within your company file.
