Is there a way to select multiple transactions to add to my register without having to add account to individual ones

We can create a bank rule, tkhuyck66.

 

This option will allow you to automatically categorize the transactions at once. You can follow these steps:

  1. From the Bank Feeds, select on Transaction List.
  2. Click on the Rules button. From the Manage Rules drop-down, click Add new.
  3. Enter a Rule Name. On the Do This section, select Categorize.
  4. Select the account in the It in the Following Account drop-down.
  5. Hit Save.
