You have the option to exclude and delete your downloaded transactions to fix the balance of your bank account. Let me show you how.
In addition, here's an article you can read to learn more about excluding your bank transactions: Exclude expenses from downloaded bank transactions.
Once done, you can go ahead and delete your transactions from the Excluded tab. To do so, all your excluded transactions and click Delete.
From here, you can go ahead and disconnect your bank account from the online banking feature to turn it off. Here's how:

I excluded the transactions and deleted them. Then I disconnected the account. It completely took the account off even the register that was imported from the old QB. I reconnected the account, but it is still showing a huge balance difference. See attached. The for review transactions have all been deleted so I don't know how to fix it.

Since the steps provided by my colleague above aren't working for you, I recommend contacting our technical support team. A technical support agent has the tools available to review your account in a secure environment and check out what is causing the large balance. I've included some steps to contact support below.
