Is there an issue importing American Express transactions?

Did you happen to receive an error when trying to import banking transactions in QuickBooks Online? If so, what specific error message is this?

However, if you’re experiencing the specific Error 105 for American Express, there is a current investigation conducted by our product engineers and are they diligently working on to come up with a permanent fix.

 

For now, we would advise you to try refreshing your account again in a few hours.

In the meantime, I recommend getting in touch with our Care Support Team so we can add you to the list of affected users. This way, you’ll be notified about the investigation’s progress via email.
