Our Quickbooks can not collect the full transactions from Bank of America . there are a lot of transactions that were not updated to QB since Dec.2022. Now we need to add it one by one according to our bank statement. Usually we go to the Banking page to tick the transactions .
Also we find out that the reconcile page shows :

Let's get your missing bank transactions added to QuickBooks Online (QBO) by updating your account manually from the Banking page. It will help refresh the connection between your bank and QuickBooks.
Here's how:

I'd also recommend reaching out to your financial institution. There's a possibility that the connection between your bank's website and QuickBooks was interrupted.
