Is there any way of importing transactions directly into the coa register for bank accounts? i dont want to create a bank feed as these accounts are no longer being used?

Thanks for joining the Community. I'd be happy to assist you with importing transactions directly into the coa register.

QuickBooks Online has the ability to import transactions, regardless of if the account is connected to a bank feed. Here's how:

1. Select the Gear icon.
2. Click Import Data.
3. Select Bank Data.
4. Choose the file that you'd like to upload and click Next.
5. Select the account and press Next.
6. Map the fields of the file that you're uploading if using a spreadsheet file and click Next.
7. Select the transactions to import and press Next.
8. You'll then be prompted to choose if you wish to import them now, select Yes.
9. The transactions will then be sent to For Review so that you can accept them if you're uploading a spreadsheet file.
