Is there any way to show the individual transaction amount for each transaction in the reconcile account transaction table?

Do you see the Payments and Deposits columns in the Reconciliation page in QuickBooks Online like the screenshot below?

If you don't see these columns, then we can perform some troubleshooting steps to see if this is a browser-related issue.

 

I recommend opening a private or an incognito window in your web browser first. This will open your account in a clean slate and loads fresh data. Here's how:

 

  • Mozilla Firefox / Internet Explorer: Press CTRL Shift P
  • Safari: Press Command Shift N
  • Google Chrome: Press CTRL Shift N

 

Once you're in the private or incognito window, sign in to your QuickBooks Online account and take a look at the reconciliation transaction page again. If it works, then you can go back to your original browser and clear the cache. Alternatively, you can use other compatible browsers

Is there any way to show the individual transaction amount for each transaction in the reconcile account transaction table?

I did not see the Payments and Deposits columns. It turned out to be some sort of bug. Came back later and the columns loaded.
