Is there any way to simply email a representitive about my current subsriptions. This is way more convoluted than it needs to be for a tch company

I want to make sure that i don't have 2 seporate subsriptions going. I was billed (and payed) for Online essentials. at the same time I am seing that my Advanced trial is ending. When My advanced trial ends, will it revert back to online Essentials. I am fine with this. Once again this is the most convoluted way of asking any questions that I have come across.

Hi dmicek,

Currently, we don't have an email supports for QuickBooks Desktop and QuickBooks Online, but we have available chat supports that can help you with your concern. Our specialist will pull up your account and check the billing of your subscription.

Here's how to connect with us:

  1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online company.
  2. Select Help (?) at the top right.
  3. Hit Contact Us to connect with a live support agent.
  4. Enter "Subscription" in the description.
  5. Select Start a message or chat.

Here's how to get in touch with us if you're using QBDT since I can see that you tag your post as QuickBooks Desktop:

  1. Open QuickBooks.
  2. Go to Help, then select QuickBooks Desktop Help.
  3. Hit Contact Us.
  4. Give a brief description of your issue, then select Continue.
  5. Select Start a message or chat.

Please check out our support hours to ensure we address your concern on time.

If I can be of any additional asssistance, please don't hesitate to come back to this thread. Stay safe and healthy.

@dmicek

As long as you didn't submit any CC credential when opening the trial account, company won't charge you anything.
