Issue hooking up town bank to app. Also, every time I hook up online via browser and the click update, i have to connect it all over agin.

Issue hooking up town bank to app. Also, every time I hook up online via browser and the click update, i have to connect it all over agin.

Let's investigate what's causing the online banking re-connection in QuickBooks Online (QBO), simensonka.

 

I've checked here on our end and there's no reported case about connectivity issues with the town bank. In some cases, unexpected issues with bank connections happen when there's an update on their end. You can sign in to your bank’s website to check if they are having maintenance or any announcements about new security requirements.

 

Then, you can manually update your bank account to refresh the connection between QBO and your financial institution.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Go to the Banking tab.
  2. Select the account that's having issues.
  3. Click the Update button and wait for the process to complete.
