Issues connecting or downloading transactions from Wells Fargo

Wells Fargo customers are currently unable to connect accounts accounts or download transactions in QuickBooks Online. This is impacting QuickBooks Online and QuickBooks Self-Employed. We're happy to report that this issue has been resolved, you should no longer experience any issues connecting to or downloading transactions from Wells Fargo.

We are having the same issue. Our last download was 1/9/19. Can't close out January. Bank feed won't download. As an aside, ever since the last update for QB we have been getting errors regarding R&T numbers (which do not exist, nor have they ever) for our AMEX account and a closed/inactive LOC for a bank that no longer exists). 

 

Manually downloading transactions is NOT the answer, QB. Help?
