Issues with citibank updates? - citi cards

2/11/18 - Still no luck for me on the credit cards. I was promised this would be fixed by Thursday, it is now Sunday. I got an email yesterday saying it was fixed, but both of my accounts still not able to download, even setting them up as new accounts. (Over 2 weeks w/o working now.) I'm so very tired of fighting with this software to try and make it do the most basic of what it promises to do out of the box :( I have wasted a ridiculous amount of time on the phone with support only to have nothing fixed. 


1/29/18 - Now for the last 3 days my citibank business credit cards won't update. Logged in on the citi website just fine; re-entered my account info into QBO and got this:

Looks like the connection to Citibank Credit Card isn’t available right now.

Try again in a few hours. (5000)

Few hours? It's been 3 days. Not having our info when I need it is making our accounting process very difficult :(

1/31/18 - Now it's been 5 days, and I'm getting this:

We aren't finding this account at your bank's website
It may be something routine or the bank may have closed or suspended this account. If this is a surprise to you, go to your bank's website to see what's happening. Otherwise, we can show you how to disconnect this account in QuickBooks.(106) Need to disconnect? Here's how.

My account exists, I can connect through the Citi site, and no I don't want to disconnect. I want the connection to work again!


Updating citibank bank business accounts stopped working 2 days ago. (Credit cards still work.) Getting this message:

"There's a message on your bank's website that needs your attention
Sign in to your bank's website and respond to any new messages. If this doesn't solve the problem, we have some more tips to help you.(108) More tips"

having the same issue.  Error 108.  Able to login to citibusiness fine and there are not messages or statements for me to view.

Confirmed with CitiBusiness that this is a QuickBooks problem and not a Citi issue.

I discussed with Citibank as well, they claim that issue is on QBO side.  QB, update please?  This is the second time within 3 months.  Last time we were without sync for 15 days until QB fixed it.

I am getting this error now:

Sorry, you can't edit your credentials because of an error with this bank (error 324 or 106). Please try again after the error is resolved.

We call this Error 9999.

2-13-2018 I'm having the same problem with my CitiBusiness Mastercard. Will not connect. Spent 1hr with tech support sharing screen and he could make it work. My Citi page works and logins perfect....not when I try to connect QBO. The strange thing is that my CitiBusiness bank account works with QBO...not the CitiBusiness Credit Card... This is totally unprofessional...what a waste of time! What Citi URL are you guys using for CitiBusiness Credit Card?

Two days ago, I had 4 transactions from February come through from my CitiBusiness MasterCard... However, after that the (106) error has continued into its 3rd week now.

I received what I assume is the same email from Quickbooks saying this was resolved, and I am still unable to connect and download citibank credit card transactions.
