2/11/18 - Still no luck for me on the credit cards. I was promised this would be fixed by Thursday, it is now Sunday. I got an email yesterday saying it was fixed, but both of my accounts still not able to download, even setting them up as new accounts. (Over 2 weeks w/o working now.) I'm so very tired of fighting with this software to try and make it do the most basic of what it promises to do out of the box :( I have wasted a ridiculous amount of time on the phone with support only to have nothing fixed.
1/29/18 - Now for the last 3 days my citibank business credit cards won't update. Logged in on the citi website just fine; re-entered my account info into QBO and got this:
Looks like the connection to Citibank Credit Card isn’t available right now.
Try again in a few hours. (5000)
Few hours? It's been 3 days. Not having our info when I need it is making our accounting process very difficult :(

My account exists, I can connect through the Citi site, and no I don't want to disconnect. I want the connection to work again!
