My Citibank card account has not connected for 7 days.  When I try a manual login through the specified URL, I get a message that indicates the site is down for maintenance.  Seems like 7 days is a bit long for maintenance...

I am having the exact same thing for about a week now. Keep getting messages that the citi website is down for maintenance. I can sign in directly with no problem.

Let's manually update the bank account to fix the bank issue in QuickBooks Online. You can follow the outlined steps below:

  1. On the left navigation bar, click Banking.
  2. Go to the Banking tab.
  3. Choose an account.
  4. Select Update.
  5. If prompted, enter your Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) credentials and select Continue update.
