Last week payments I received to my checking account did not appear when I went to make a deposit in the checking account like had been doing. Any help?

Let me help share information about how you can check the status of your deposit and guide you how 

 

When a payment is made by your customer, you can check its corresponding status in the Sales tab. Let me show you how:

  1. Go to Sales.
  2. Select Deposit.
  3. Find and open the deposit you wanted to review so you can check its status.

In addition, I'd recommend contacting our Merchant Services Team so one of our specialists can help you trace the payment status. To do so:

  1. Go to Help.
  2. Select Contact Us.
  3. Enter Funds Status in the What can we help you with? field.
  4. Click Let's talk.
  5. Choose a channel where you want to get in touch with our live support.
