I'm experiencing a problem to connect with my bank via QB. Earlier we had the connection and from last week I cannot connect.(as you can see in the attached picture). Please advice what to do to make the connection again.

Error 520 is a script error generated by the bank. This indicates that there's an interruption with the connection that Intuit uses to download the bank details. To fix this, click the More info link beside the error code, and then select the Report this issue link within the error message. Then, enter your name and email address so you'll be notified when it's fixed.
The maximum time to fix this error is 2-3 business days. However, many are usually fixed within 24-48 business hours.

To investigate this further, I encourage you to contact our QuickBooks Online Support Team. They have additional tools to pull up your account in a secure environment and do a remote session.
